Important Announcement Regarding PEDSTC 2024 Workshops:

The Executive Committee of the conference would like to greatly appreciate the efforts of respected experts who generously proposed to present valuable workshops for PEDSTC 2024.

Unfortunately, the number of people who registered for most of the announced workshops was less than the minimum number of participants required for a high-level event. We believe that the reason for this is partly because of the date of the workshops which is between to academic semester when most of the students and lecturers are in vacation.

The only workshop which will be held on Tuesday January 30, 2024 (from 13:00-17:00 O'clock) is the first one, i.e., (Poster)

People who registered for this workshop but have not completed their payment should make the full payment; otherwise their registration will be void.

The Executive Committee of the conference are keen to pursue arrange the other workshops either in-person or online as Satellite Events of the conference in future similar to the one held on December 18, 2023.

People who registered for other workshops and made the payments may change their registration for the aforementioned workshop today and complete their payment.

There are people who have paid for several workshops, their credits are guaranteed and they will be contacted after February 12, 2024 to make the arrangement for the refund.

How to Register for the Workshops and/or Conference

To register for the workshops and/or the conference, at first interested people should sign in the conference site as user.

Afterward, in their user account select the Services section and choose the workshops and/or conference participation which they are interested and click the  Save  button. The amount that should be paid is demostrated.

Later, the payments should be made in favor of the Iranian Research Institute for Electrical Engineering (Pazooheshkadeh Bargh) through bank services to Card No. 6104 3386 5027 2103.

Then select Bills & Payment and follow the instructions and upload the bank receipt. Your Payment will be checked and verified by system admistrator in a timely manner and the registration is finalized.
