Final Papers Guideline

- All Accepted or Revised papers which are announced by conference management, must be revised and prepared based on reviewers' remarks and submitted on the given template available in the following section. The papers with any other formats will not be sent for the review process.

- Each accepted paper requires one full non-student registration for publication and inclusion in the conference proceedings.

- Presentation of accepted papers at the scheduled conference sessions is mandatory. Those accepted papers which are not presented will be excluded from the conference proceedings.

- No withdrawal will be possible after the Final submission.

- Any observed plagiarism or fraud research activity of submitted papers at any stage will lead to the exclusion of the paper from the conference proceedings. The corresponding author(s) are responsible for its consequences.

- Please note that one conference fee includes a 5-page camera-ready paper. Extra page fees of (1,000,000 Rials) per additional page will apply to a maximum 7-page camera-ready papers.

- The conference strictly follows the IEEE Plagiarism Awareness Policy.

Important Notice

The authors of accepted papers must complete the registration payment for the paper based on the Registration Fee Information before 2024-0101. The final acceptance of the paper, participation in the conference, and paper presentation are conditioned to such payment.
