Papers with oral presentation:
All papers in the conference will be presented in oral sessions.
Presenters must prepare a PowerPoint file (minimum 10 and maximum 15 slides) according to the template below.
The presentation time at the conference will be 10 to 12 minutes based on the number of papers that are presented in the session.
It should be noted that the presentation file must be prepared in English. Please, follow the instructions that are presented in the following sample template file.
After finalizing your, you must upload your presentation file in your articles section. It should be noted that the deadline for sending the PowerPoint file is until January 18, 2024.
On the day of the conference, according to the schedule of presenting articles that will be announced on the conference website, the first author or the responsible author of the article must be present in the Conference Hall of the relevant article, at the conference venue (Iran University of Science and Culture)
The presenting author of the paper should refer to the relevant Conference Hall of his/her paper at least 15 minutes before starting the paper session.
The presence of the first author or the responsible author of the article is mandatory during the meeting, and the issuance of the certificate of presentation of the paper depends on their presence.
The certificate of presentation of the paper will be issued electronically and will be available from February 20, 2024.
